Jurisprudence database

The jurisprudence database ius menschenrechte contains selected decisions issued by international bodies, such as the UN treaty bodies, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). The database is aimed at legal practitioners in the broadest sense of the term, including lawyers, advisors who counsel or represent people involved in administrative or judicial proceedings.
The entries contain German language summaries of each decision, and links over which the full texts of the decisions (predominantly in English) can be downloaded in PDF format. The content of the database currently focuses on decisions relating to protection against discrimination, gender-specific violence, human trafficking, and disability. New entries are being added continually, and the database is being extended to cover other areas of the Institute’s work, such as racism, the prohibition of torture and migration/refugees & asylum.
