Information about accessibility
- For visitors with disabilities we provide one parking place in front of the institute.
- The entrances of the institute don't have steps.
- You can pass through the lift with common wheelchairs.
- The institute's entrance door on the seventh floor opens automatically (outwards).
- We provide a wheelchair-accessible bathroom.
- The institute's library offers a computer work station for blind and visually impaired visitors. It provides a monitor with swinging arm, braille display, screen reader, earphones, scanner und camera system, text zoom and an uppercase keyboard. The work station has access to the internet and to all of the electronic offerings of the library; the table is adjustable in height.
- We plan to implement a guidance system through the institute for blind and visually impaired visitors.
